This manual provides policies and procedures for anyone looking to facilitate an event or open a business in Downtown Baton Rouge. Our intention is provide our customers with a handbook that contains accurate, up-to-date information in an easily comprehendible format.  We hope that the production of this manual ultimately leads to more of the great experiences that make us proud to call Baton Rouge home.
