Journey downtown to the Baton Rouge Riverfront and celebrate this day of freedom. The Annual Star-Spangled Celebration activities will kick off at 1:30 p.m. at the Riverfront Stage between the USS KIDD Veterans Memorial and Red Stick Plaza. Tour the USS KIDD from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. or watch the fireworks from the decks of the USS KIDD, tickets may be purchased at the USS KIDD Veterans Memorial Gift Shop. Sailors and Soldiers LOVE TATTOOS!
